Work With Me
You may sense that something in your life needs to change yet feel unsure where to begin. Perhaps you feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in old patterns, spiritually weary, or longing for a more intentional way of living.
I offer Christ-centered coaching, soul care, and creative experiences to help you reconnect with your God-given identity (your “true self in Christ”), slow down, listen deeply, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and practice living with greater freedom, clarity, and intention in Christ.
A Christ-Centered, Integrative Approach
I believe meaningful growth involves the mind, body, and spirit, with the deepest emphasis on the work of the Holy Spirit. Christian healing is not simply self-actualization; it is the lifelong process of being formed into the image of Christ.
Our time together may include coaching conversations, Scripture, prayer, journaling, contemplative practices, creative expression, breath awareness, or quiet listening. These practices are not formulas. They are ways of slowing down, becoming more aware, and making room to notice what is happening within you and where God may be inviting you.
I offer a compassionate, attentive space where you can bring your thoughts, fears, longings, questions, beliefs, and patterns without judgment. Together, we explore what feels out of alignment, identify what deserves your attention, and discern faithful next steps.
I bring my presence, training, experience, and full attention to this work. I ask you to bring honesty, curiosity, compassion toward yourself, consistent participation, and a willingness to engage in the process. This kind of committed, Spirit-led work can create meaningful condition for greater awareness, healing, and lasting change.
Ways to Work Together
-
Personalized, Christ-centered coaching for women who want to reconnect with who they are, understand what is keeping them stuck, and practice new ways of living.
Together, we may explore beliefs, patterns, identity, mindset, life rhythms, spiritual formation, and the parts of you that carry fear, shame, or protective responses. We will invite the Holy Spirit into the process as we listen, discern, and move toward greater freedom and wholeness.
-
Experience growth within a compassionate community of women. Through guided teaching, personal reflection, story work, shared experiences, and testimony, participants have opportunities to feel seen, heard, and valued while learning from one another.
-
Soul care offers space to slow down, breathe, listen, and become attentive to God's presence. Sessions may include guided Scripture meditation, prayer, silence, holy listening, journaling, and other contemplative practices.
Soul care may be a meaningful fit if you are spiritually weary, moving through transition, or longing to reconnect with God without the pressure to perform or produce.

My Training and Experience
I am a Christian life coach with particular interests in identity, mindset, parts work, and spiritual formation. I am also a teaching artist, women's ministry leader, certified therapeutic arts practitioner, curriculum writer, certified master naturalist, and longtime student of contemplative practice, creativity, and the ways our minds and bodies respond to lived experience.
My work is also shaped by my life as a wife and mother and by seasons of profound pain, suffering, and loss. By God's grace, these experiences have deepened my capacity to sit with others compassionately, listen without rushing, ask thoughtful questions, and remain attentive to hope.
I do not position myself as the healer. God is the One who heals and transforms. My role is to walk alongside you, help you notice patterns and beliefs, create space for honest exploration, and support you as you discern and respond to God's invitations.
Coaching vs. Therapy
Christian coaching is a collaborative, Spirit‑led process that helps you uncover your God‑given identity, clarify your calling, and move boldly toward the future He has prepared for you. You bring the expertise of your lived experience; I bring structure, encouragement, and tools that help you grow.
Therapy serves a different but equally valuable purpose. Therapists help individuals work through emotional pain, trauma, or patterns rooted in the past so they can experience healing and stability. Coaching steps in once you’re ready to build, create, and move forward.
Important To Note
Coaching and soul care are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis care, or substitutes for support from licensed healthcare professionals. If your needs fall outside the scope of my practice, I may encourage you to seek care from an appropriately qualified provider.
